We are looking for an Artworker with an exceptional technical knowledge of both print & digital to deliver and maintain our high quality studio output.

You must have an exceptional eye for detail. A real passion for design and layout. Who can move forward together as a team and communicate clearly and effectively. Be Brave when required but just as important, someone who can also take the time to enjoy being on the journey with us.

About the role

To work within the team to produce and deliver solutions for our full range of clients and will be responsible for:

• To work with the wider team to deliver high quality creative solutions.
• To work collaboratively with designers to develop design solutions.
• To continually develop technical skills appropriate to the role.
• To take on and understand a brief whilst comprehending the final user requirements is key.
• To support the studio in the presentation of creative concepts in a thoughtful and articulate manner.
• To support and uphold the excellence in the delivery of projects.
• To liaise with suppliers to deliver high quality print ready artwork.
• To take a leading role in the guardianship of our clients’ brands.
• To mentor and encourage more junior members of the team.
• To act in the best interests of Northern Artillery at all times.
